It gathers data on the time and attendance of an employee, then calculates various deductions and taxes, and finally generates the periodic paychecks and employee tax reports. Meanwhile, the time and attendance module gathers the standardized time and work related efforts. Simple, easy, efficient. My people loved it.
Plus, as we continued to expand, some of our older employees started to retire. Thankfully, this new human resources management system could keep track of all their HR aspects.
